Emmily Donaldson
FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Emmily. With over 13 years of experience in the community services sector—including roles in homelessness, community housing, corrections, disability, and not-for-profit organisations—I’ve dedicated my career to supporting people facing some of life’s most complex challenges.
For the past four years, I’ve specialised in Support Coordination, working directly with individuals navigating the NDIS while also managing a team of coordinators. My passion lies in supporting adults and adolescents with psychosocial disabilities, particularly those with experiences of trauma, addiction, homelessness, justice involvement, or hospital discharge.
This work is deeply personal to me, shaped not only by my professional background but also by my lived experience with ADHD.
What drives me is the privilege of walking alongside people during their most vulnerable times—helping them gain clarity, access the right supports, and build confidence in their path forward. I thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, and find genuine fulfilment in problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and advocating for tailored, person-centred solutions.
Currently, I’m furthering my skills by completing a Diploma of Community Services specialising in Case Management—reinforcing my commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those I support.
